I would like to give thanks to each of you, for letting me live my dream of helping people live healthier lives through functional movement. Six years of helping me help you, and I love it! After all, the goal here was to help people move better. I believe that no matter what, if you have honored your commitment to yourself … to get more strength, more endurance, and more mobility in your joints … then you have reached your goal.
