Get FIT and get a raise? Exercising three or more times a week leads to 6% higher pay for men, on average, and 10% higher pay for women,  Cleveland State researcher Vasilios Kosteas reported recently. The hike is due to exercise-induced productivity boosts he says, and is separate from the well-established link between obesity and lower earnings.

Fiscal FITness Plans …

  • Set a Goal – Like any financial plan, you need to identify your goal. Do you want to lose weight, build muscle, gain strength, or simply improve your overall health and quality of life?
  • Start Small – Just like saving $10 a week adds up over time, exercising just a little bit each day adds up too. If you don’t start today, you delay (or maybe even eliminate) the possibility of reaching your goal.
  • Stick to a Plan – Just like a savings plan,  setting a goal and consistently following the plan to achieve that goal are simple steps that can reap huge rewards. From the latest study, the rewards are both financial and health related!

Don’t delay … call TODAY. It’t the first step in your financial fitness plan!

In good health,

Bob
