Many Thanks and Happy FIT Year! - FIT Human Performance
As you can see I am far too busy to complete my sentences … Happy Healthy New Year and Thank You Very Merry Much, was my intended message.
F.I.T. Functional Individualized Training! Is the intent and mission behind why I started F.I.T. My point with the acronyms above is to show just how busy/lazy we all are. Unfortunately, this is all too often true when it comes to exercise and our health.
The most important part of this edition of The Bob Report is to wish you all a Happy Healthy New Year! In 2013 I hope you decide to place your health at the top of your priority list not your wish list. Nothing can be better for you than improved health, both physically and financially. Just today I met with a friend who had twisted her ankle, we discussed it and she left without exercise, as the best medicine in this case is to rest an injury. The best method however, to avoid injury is to stay healthy and prepare our bodies for possible accidents or germ season. A healthy body means a ‘very strong immune system’ to fight off illness.
This year was the first year F.I.T. Human Performance was open as a small business in the Woodlands, TX and we thank each of you for your support! F.I.T. is far from finished and during 2013 we have some great new technology and tools for training and programs we hope will give you an incentive and drive to get fit. We have the FIT ‘STEPS’ program coming out in 2013 which is designed specifically to allow clients to find a level of proficiency to focus on and learn the necessary skills to improve various functional abilities and/or human performance. Beginner to professional, STEPS are for everyone!
One more thing, we would want to invite you to our OPEN HOUSE and ribbon cutting ceremony this on January, 18th which will be followed by the 1st ANNUAL FIT GAMES! Games, fitness challenges, and prizes. We hope to see you there.
Wishing you a very Happy Healthy New Year.
In good health,
Bob
