Happy Thanksgiving!
Here we are kicking off the Holiday season and also the highest caloric time of the year. Why? Obviously the extra-large meals, the tasty treats, those yummy leftovers … but mostly, the sugar! Unless you are monitoring your calories on a daily basis, the Holiday Season can sabotage each and every one of us.
Sugar comes in many forms, but the important point to grasp is that no matter what you eat…it all breaks down into sugar. The real culprit is the empty calorie; alcohol and sweets. You know who you are … behave! Most importantly, be Happy! And
