F.I.T. began in 2010 as a facility dedicated to helping clients achieve total health and wellness, the ‘FIT body’.   If your goal is to have great functional strength, improve your abilities, decrease your medical care, or have the elusive ‘beach body’ … we want to be the answer for your fitness goals.  At F.I.T. Human Performance we want you to be physically capable to do any activity you want toGC1 attempt, free of injury or dysfunction, and happy about your health. The goal is yours and we are ready to help you make it happen.

Being FIT is more than a look, it is a lifestyle. FIT trips are one of the ways we live and stay FIT. FIT Trip I was an outdoor extravaganza on our ‘life changing’ ride down the Grand Canyon, USA!  Exploring the base of one of the top 10 natural wonders of the world on a J-rigger canoe for 7 amazing days and 6 phenomenal nights!  FIT TRIP I was a truly once in a lifetime experience.  We have selected our FIT TRIP II destination and invite each of you to prepare for and join us in March 2014.  FIT Trip II is exactly the opposite of FIT Trip I, from the bottom of the earth to the top.

We are climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa. Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa and fourth highest of the Seven Summits, is considered the tallest freestanding mountain in the world, rising 15,100 feet (4,600 meters) from base to summit. Are you ready?Kilimanjaro1

That is what F.I.T. means to me,  to be physically capable and able bodied at any age to see and experience the breath-taking destinations around the world.  These old muscles, joints, and bones will need some time to prepare, so join us and get FIT to start living.
