Exercise Makes You More Productive! Smart? - FIT Human Performance
August 4, 2013
There is an abundance of information in the world when it comes to exercise and nutrition. So much information, that it can become very confusing and frequently contradictory. What upsets me in that regard, is that there truly is no governing body to regulate or authenticate the information. Many people are often led to “believe” or “buy” into what I find to be unfair, unethical, and in many cases unsafe practices or principles. After all is said and done, the one common denominator when it comes to exercise … you have to move, ‘physically’ to make it happen. That is the toughest part of any program, getting started(moving.)
My wife loves to read. She recently came across an article and asked me to look it over. This is an article I did not author nor am I going to try to explain … there is no need to do that. The article is extremely well done and supports the need (and importance) of health and exercise. I hope you enjoy! LINK
I would also like to introduce a new member to the F.I.T. Human Performance team. Some of you may have already had the opportunity to meet and even train with Austin McClellan.
