The first day of summer is June 21st. Everyone loves Summer! Warm days, trips to the beach, flowers blooming, birds singing, the days are long and happy; wonderful summer. And one more thing … it is HOT outside! My jeans, socks, and long sleeve shirts will get dusty, that’s a fact. If you are ready to shed the long sleeves and long pants, great! If you have anxiety about the fleshy soft white skin that those garments have kept out of sight, it’s time to come get your TONE on!
If you have lived here long enough then you already know that the best time to dodge the humidity and heat of summer is early in the morning, so get your FIT day started early! And for those who enjoy, or need, the extra sleep, let your FIT day last longer! Summertime is a busy time too. Busy is the point here, DON’T get too busy for exercise.
F.I.T. GIFT (Group Intensity Functional Training) of Summer class schedule is just perfect no matter what your schedule! Monday through Saturday FIT will hold a body parts class to cycle your workouts through the muscular system while allowing for the necessary rest. This program allows us to knock out workouts with an express/circuit program. Improve your health and get your summer strength and toning program going. The design of classes will change each week so your body will not adapt to the mundane and boring plan of yesterday. Easy, no. We will focus using the H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) principal to elevate the heart rate and expand the cardiovascular system.
The F.I.T. GIFT of Summer Class Schedule starting the week of June 23rd through the week of July 28th and the second class starting the week of August 4th through the week of September 8th. Classes will be held at 6:00AM – 7:00AM Monday through Saturday, and 6:00PM – 7:00PM, Monday through Thursday.

Sessions can be purchased per class or for the complete Summer Class I for one low fee. Taking classes also allows you access to the FIT Cardio Club. The gym is busy these days so sign up now, class size is limited.
