Texas is such an awesome place to live!!  We all have it pretty good and driving around The Woodlands yesterday my wife was saying exactly that.  All the trees, and neighborhoods, and parks, and things to do … we are all blessed.  And talk about a warm environment, well if you happen to be new to the area it is about to get mighty warm ouside.  And with that you know this is my yearly TAP on the shoulder … to HYDRATE!  Make it a point to stay hydrated for a plethora of reasons, and health is right at the top.  How much should you be drinking each day?  Even if it is TAP water well the answer is … more!

I would also like to remind you that my F.I.T. Woodlands website does have that very handy FREE water calculatorwww.fitwoodands.comfor your review and application.  My gorgeous wife is very much a busy woman and also a Type A personality.  Some days she would tell me she was too busy to go get any water or drink a glass for that matter due to those pesky phone calls and meetings.  Even bathroom breaks were hard for her to squeeze into the onslaught of people, emails, meetings, and calls.  Many of you most likely can relate and all I can do is implore you to change that bad habit.  

Here is an interesting tool Sharon has applied to her life, an APP for tracking water consumption (WATER LOGGED). Yes, she is using the app to monitor and remind her to complete the daily needs for hydration.  Thus, no more headaches for one thing and that is great!
