“Sup yo!” A term that cool people use because they are too damn lazy to say What’s up. SUP also happens to be an acronym for Stand Up Paddleboard and what this article is about. Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) is a method of exercise or transportation if you will, across water. The board is simply a surfboard shaped from buoyant material in which you stand on top of and paddle your way across the water. Fun, yet challenging exercise!

F.I.T. Human Performance would like to invite you to try our indoor SUP paddleboard YOGA class. A fun way to develop the appropriate balance and musculature to enjoy the sport safely and without too much fatigue. Fun but exhausting sports require preparation or you might find the activity will NOT be fun after all 🙁 Please join us on Thursday nights for an indoor version of the fun new exercise you will see very soon taking over the waterway here in The Woodlands, TX.
Classes are Thursday nights from 7:30-8:30pm and cost $20 per class or buy a package of 5 for $75.00. Sign up in advance, class sizes are limited. Wear comfortable clothing and get your abdominal muscles ready to work!
