50/50 F.I.T.Program

A F.I.T. training program designed to maximize a one hour session. Focusing 50% on F.I.T. training and 50% on cardio respiratory training

Whole F.I.T.Series

A 6 week series offered four times each year. Two classes a week (1 introductory and 12 whole FIT sessions for 13 total sessions) designed to rotate workouts to address specific body parts twice weekly with optimal recovery and benefit
