I would like to welcome you to F.I.T. Human Performance. Functional Individualized Training (FIT) was created because I truly want to help people. I appreciate the opportunity to work with each of you and would like to explain the focus and benefits of the FIT training methodology. Each of us has a goal or reason for starting an exercise program or continuing a healthy lifestyle. At FIT we know that many individuals are out of shape and this is frequently due to an imbalance within our musculoskeletal system. Often our posture is dictated from our behavior, habits, and even old injuries. The focus at FIT is to assess these imbalances and related issues, such as certain tight, or shortened muscles, and/or the opposite weak or under-active tissues and to work with you to re-educate the muscles and improve these imbalances.  Each workout is step in a planned progression to regaining FUNCTIONAL fitness. Strength, flexibility, and endurance in your life are the result of a functional and balanced body. Balance and proper posture are the best insurance to avoiding injury and living an active lifestyle.
